Luis E. Durazo Co-founder and President of Techno Flexibles S.A. de C.V, dba Voxcentrix & dba ASC. Luis's career includes leadership roles in the marketing research and contact center industry where he held various managerial positions from Project Director, Director of Field Operations to General Operations Manager. Throughout his 20+ year experience in the contact center and market research industry, Luis has built a reputation for developing business growth strategies, spearheading development of proprietary management software and successfully developing strategic solutions to further business goals. In Luis along with Victor Mayer launched Americas Survey Company (ASC) call center operation with 80 seats servicing the demanding consumer market research industry in the United States. By 2007, Techno Flexibles expanded contact center services for United States clients with the Voxcentrix brand by offering customer service, telemarketing and delinquent account collections. Voxcentrix currently employs over 250 seats. Luis was born in San Diego, California, raised in Tijuana, Mexico, and currently residing in San Diego, CA. He attended college at the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Mexico where he earned his degree in Business Administration.
