I help high performing teams increase productivity and reduce costly turnover, by focusing on the things that matter: emotional intelligence, workplace wellness & creating joyful experiences alongside their success. Through actionable, impactful strategies, I help them incorporate more joy, creativity & passion into their jobs & everyday life. I bring more than a decade of ‘hands on’ corporate experience to my facilitation, leveraging the valuable lessons learned throughout my career. I top that off with 8+ years of improv acting and 4+ years of studying positive psychology, mental health & workplace happiness.
