For me it's very interesting the development of organizational policies and practices to ensure the attainment of operational goals. It's very important to actively monitor programs and projects through field visits, surveys, and continuous information exchange with partners and stakeholders. with a proactive approach we can assess progress, identify bottlenecks and potential issues, and make timely decisions to resolve them or escalate them to relevant officials as necessary. I am committed to proactively identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and provide compassionate, high-quality care. My contributions include offering valuable input and participating in the development and achievement of departmental goals and objectives. For me it is very important, evaluating, implementing, and following up on improvements.
