Aeronautical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in aviation industry, having started my career as trainee and reaching a senior field service customer support position. During my career I gained experience in- Performing airframe full scale testing, including test rig design and preparation of certification reports - Designing and analyzing airframe repairs, delivering detailed repair procedure and organizing its approval with local aviation authority - Supporting customer remotely and on-site, with interactions with aircraft owners, leasing companies, airlines/MRO leadership and technical staff - Management of great customer support projects aiming customer satisfaction improvement - Performing reliability analysis of aircraft components - Designing and delivering state-of-the-art presentations for leadership and decision makers I am a process and customer centered professional with a great team-work mindset and avid for my products, processes and customer performance improvement. I value and consider all kinds of opinions and feedbacks aiming at having the best outcome as possible on the projects I work on. I am a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English, with a proficiency certification by the University of Michigan. I have also studied French and Spanish and I am currently developing my communication skills in the German language.
