About Lukas Kroboth

I studied civil engineering while working part time, collecting experience in IT, project management, infrastructure planning, office management, facility management and many more fields. Recently my interests shifted more from facility management to architecture, since it has been my passion from the start. I love to manage constructions, enact other’s or my own visions in a project and unravel complex problems into easy-to-work-with tasks. Technical, design or organisational problems are my forté. One of my employers liked to see me as a “problem solver”, whom he could give difficult assignments and forget about them. For me, there are no half-baked solutions, since I strive to work out a simple and cost-effective way to resolve issues. Sometimes unorthodox, but this is more often than not an advantage. I’m sure that my widespread interests and abilities are an asset to project management, development or architecture companies, and I’ll always try to better myself and find and correct flaws in my work.
