Experienced in delivering Government Services Passionate about delivering tailored protocols and procedures focused on safety, working in an aligned & structured environment. Over five years experience within a community safety critical role controlling traffic and incident management across Brisbane's toll road network in the Transurban Network Operations Centre at Kedron, Brisbane. As well as managing some of Brisbanes main roads at the Transport & Main Roads (TMR) Brisbane Metropolitan Traffic Centre (BMTMC). Experienced with SCADA and plant systems, emergency incident controller and operations. Qualified with a Cert IV in Traffic Control Room Operations. I mentored new Network Support Officers as the Qualified Network Operator to achieve effective operational requirements. Passionate about Safer Roads, Safer Speeds utilized by Safer Drivers to ensure everyone reaches their desired destination. Previous experience working in a number of customer centric roles within the Australian Public Service (APS) Government Services for several years engaging with members of the community and support services in a Government Community Engagement Officer role. Passionate volunteer for the LGBTQ Domestic Violence Awareness Foundation.
