About Luke Murray

I currently run my own personal training and nutrition business in Leeds, I am completely mobile. I graduated with a MSc in Sport and Exercise nutrition and before that a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University. In addition to my own fitness business I also work for Leeds City Council as a Duty Officer, fitness instructor and swimming teacher. In addition to being a full qualified RLSS Lifeguard Trainer Assessor. I enjoy working out, socialising with friends, cooking and competing in triathlons, my most recent was the Leeds triathlon in order to raise awareness and funds for a local children's charity called: Leeds Play Network. My work ambitions is to eventually work in professional sport, preferably in endurance sports setting. However I currently find working within fitness with recreational athletes very enjoyable. I would very much like to own my own gym one day.
