About Luke Tadich

I’m the Founder & CEO of DreamCourts—Australia’s leading premium basketball and multi-sport court brand—now expanding both nationally and abroad. Over the past 9+ years, I’ve grown DreamCourts from a startup into a recognised market leader, working with schools, councils, elite athletes, and families across the country. I was honoured to be named the 2023 BWA Australia & Victoria Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Under 40) in recognition of that journey. Before DreamCourts, I worked as a paramedic—a role that taught me how to lead under pressure, manage risk, and keep a cool head in high-stakes environments. That experience shaped how I now lead teams, solve problems, and build businesses that scale. Alongside growing DreamCourts, I also work with service-based business owners to help them install the right strategy, systems, and mindset to scale—so they can build a business that gives them more time, freedom, and profit. If you’re scaling a service brand and want a second set of eyes from someone who’s in it too—feel free to reach out.
