With over 20 years of experience in technical support and customer service, I’ve built a career grounded in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability. Since 2013, I’ve also had the privilege of working remotely—a shift that’s strengthened my self-discipline and productivity. Throughout my career, I’ve supported major brands like Electronic Arts, Microsoft Network, Dell Small Business, and L.L.Bean, primarily through roles with Microdyne/Nexxlinx. I’ve held positions ranging from frontline Technical Support Specialist to leadership and training roles that allowed me to guide teams and refine operations. My journey also includes long-standing experience with iWin, where I’ve contributed in both support and leadership capacities. Currently at iWin, I serve as both the Social Media & Customer Support Manager, and am also a Content Editor. I manage our online presence, write game-focused newsletters and articles, and maintain the Customer Support Knowledge Base—ensuring our messaging stays fresh, informative, and on-brand.
