Hi there, most people call me “Lu”. Born and raised in Zambia, I moved to Canada at 18 - driven by faith, purpose, and a deep belief in the power of new beginnings. Since then, I’ve made a life and career rooted in connection, growth, and resilience. Today, I’m a proud dual Zambian-Canadian citizen living in downtown Toronto. Professionally, I specialize in helping people and organizations thrive through relationship management. My background in SaaS and higher education has shaped me into a relationship-centered Customer Success professional who can manage change, drive engagement, and deliver meaningful results. I’m known for bringing clarity, care, and a thoughtful approach to every conversation and collaboration. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new travel destinations, curating playlists that range from Afrobeats to country, and cheering on Chelsea FC with my dad. I’m also an active member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, where I attend services every Sunday.
