About Lyn Sholl

Conference organization and management is not only my career, it is my passion. I have over 30 years of experience in the industry and am grateful to truly love what I do. I learned early in my career that developing relationships in business is key to success. I was fortunate to have an incredible mentor very early in my career, who taught me to raise the bar and give incredible customer service. The meetings industry is fast-paced and requires a leader who can multi-task and think on their feet. Challenges come up during meetings, conferences and events. It can be hectic, but it is critical to be able to think quickly and problem-solve on the spot. I am a planner at heart and am truly blessed to do what I love every day. I embarked on a new chapter and professional challenge when I joined HCA Healthcare, but I am so grateful for this opportunity with such an outstanding company whose mission and vision I love and embrace.
