As the HSEQ Manager at GP Plantscape, a leading provider of interior landscaping and exterior grounds maintenance services, I am responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance across the organization. I have over eight years of experience in this role, and I hold a NEBOSH national general certificate in occupational health and safety, as well as a Diploma of Higher Education in Leadership and Management from The Open University. My core competencies include developing and implementing policies and procedures for quality management, health and safety, and environmental awareness, conducting audits and inspections, identifying and controlling hazards, investigating and reporting incidents, and providing training and support to staff and clients. I also have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, and I have initiated and led several projects to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction of our services. As a Mental Health First Aider, I am committed to promoting the well-being and resilience of our team and creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
