About Lynn Collins

I am in HR and Training because I love working with senior managers and key stakeholders to get the best results out of their best assets, their people, and I believe the two go hand in hand. I am passionate about people, and helping them to make improvements, either personally or professionally; I am well versed in dealing with conflict, and bringing it to a mutually agreeable outcome; I pride myself on building trustworthy relations with my clients/ customers so they are confident I understand what they need. I have worked with large public sector Police and NHS; Private sector Law Firm; Care sector; Building and Manufacturing and now Local Authority and NHS. Most recently I have worked on large transformational change projects, on a Fixed term basis, but am now seeking to put the full breadth of my HR and leadership skills to work in a permanent capacity. I am a qualified Exec level Coach and mentor, skills which really enhance my relationships with Leaders to help identify their goals and priorities, improving performance and driving positive change within their area of the business.
