I have over fifteen years of experience in mortgage quality control, QC software systems, and client relationship management. As a Quality Control Consultant at QC Consulting, I help quality control teams increase their efficiencies and improve their performance by providing quality auditing and reverification assistance, QC software solutions, and metric management services.I am also a Certified ACES Administrator (CAA), which demonstrates my proficiency and knowledge in using the ACES Quality Management System, a leading audit software system for the mortgage industry. I have successfully implemented and customized ACES for several clients, resulting in improved audit quality, reduced costs, and enhanced compliance. My goal is to help mortgage lenders and servicers achieve and maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in their operations.
