Highlights have been delivering a consumer informed LeBron James signature product innovation launch to the Chinese consumer with a multi city Athlete Tour across China and Taiwan, establishing Nike’s first footwear product hierarchy and assortment Architecture all grounded in a merchandising financial plan, resetting the near $1B Jordan retro footwear business to pull market while launching the first women’s footwear line in North America, and creating the membership product offerings for the launch of the Nike+ app. Keeping empathy and courage as a guide, I lead teams and support peers to achieve their potential and beyond. I thrive on building innovative teams, creating relationships while leading creative and effective strategies across brand marketing, product and retail – solving problems with a human first approach and leveraging data to inform. I love to travel and explore the world. I am an avid reader (mostly ear-reading, thanks Audible!). Always learning and meeting new people. Nature is life and I am committed to enjoying it daily.
