About Lysane Perreault

I aspire to be the oil in the gear of a team. I'm always looking to make work efficient, to take people and the company further and faster. You've read it on thousands of LinkedIn profiles, but I can't miss it because it's true: I have a great passion for people. I love listening to people. Every human being has something to share, and every person you meet along the way can influence your life. Everyone can bring you value if you take the time to understand them and support them in developing their full potential. I'm also very interested in leadership. I listen to many podcasts and TED talks and read extensively on the subject. I love helping people around me develop in this area giving them tools to find their leadership style. I'm convinced there isn't just one magic recipe. I love learning and trying new things. I'm curious by nature and love a challenge. I always want to continue evolving and moving forward.
