About Lysiane Charest

I’m a data analyst and a product leader with a strong bias towards creating business value. I thrive in fast paced environments where multiple priorities need to be taken care of. I’m passionate about startups, gaming and, of course, data! For 4 years, I was the resident data expert at Execution Labs. With a deep knowledge of analytics for games of all business models, I worked with studios from playtesting to live ops. While working at Execution Labs, I oversaw the implementation and use of analytics in multiple F2P and premium games with various independent game studios. Previously I was the lead Business Intelligence analyst at Woozworld, a virtual world for teenagers. In the following years, I've held various roles from head of game analytics to producer and game director. I've spent several years consulting with game studios of all sizes to support them in building a long term stragegy for their product management and data analytics needs. I am currency data and insights director at A Thinking Ape, supporting the live ops and release of multiple successful games.
