About MacHteld Nuiver

My mission is to actively contribute to a connected society where everyone can truly be themselves. I do this as an advisor and trainer at bureau Common Ground, where I support schools in developing inclusive and engaging citizenship education. And I do this as a Nonviolent Communication trainer, helping people make choices based on their feelings and needs. With a background in anthropology and a deep passion for human connection, I ask critical questions and listen empathetically. Not just to what’s being said, but also to the needs underneath.
