I am a dedicated and accomplished professional with a rich and diverse career journey within UPS, spanning over 16 years. My career began in 2007 when I commenced my tenure with UPS as an outside service provider in Poland. Over the years, I have made significant strides in my career, achieving the following milestones. I embarked on a journey of continuous improvement, upgrading my driving license from B to C and subsequently to C+E, demonstrating my commitment to excellence. In 2013, I transitioned to UPS's Camden depot in the United Kingdom, marking a pivotal moment in my career. This transition not only underlined my adaptability but also my commitment to providing exceptional service. Recognized for my dedication and competence, I was promoted to a supervisory position, a testament to my leadership abilities. I invested in my professional development, receiving training in performance management and becoming a Master Driver Trainer, further enhancing my skill set. My commitment to excellence led me to attain my Operator's license, adding a strategic dimension to my skill set. In 2020, I successfully completed the UPS degree program, achieving a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience. I assumed the role of Acting Manager at the Camden depot, where I played a pivotal role in preparing the center for the complexities of Brexit. This experience underscores my ability to handle high-stakes challenges. In 2021, I was promoted to the position of Business Manager at the Watford depot, where I continued to demonstrate my ability to lead and manage complex operations. Presently, I hold the esteemed position of Business Manager in Luton, where I continue to drive excellence and achieve operational success. My strengths are derived from the unique combination of academic theories and extensive operational knowledge that I have acquired over the course of my career. My unwavering motivation stems from the love and support of my family—my wife Paulina and children, Emily and Oliver. Outside of work, I enjoy indulging in my hobbies, which include a passion for good music and film, leisurely walks with my loyal canine companion, Tokyo, and quality time spent with my children.
