About MacKenzie Brown

I help people explore the question,"What am I doing with my life!" I run a career and life direction coaching private practice, working with people who find themselves at some kind of a crossroads. Though I don't have a "niche," I do work with a lot of artists and people in the arts/humanities spaces who are trying to figure out how to balance financial security and a sense of meaning, and people who are struggling with an action/intention gap. Prior to my coaching work, I spent over ten years of experience in the Learning and Development and education space. My focus has been to help people develop the skills they need to have successful careers in high-performing, effective organizations. Specific projects have included developing social-emotional learning programs for school leaders, and providing coaching and program support for job seekers looking to break into the startup world. I am also currently a grad student in a clinical mental health counseling program. I am also a mom to a toddler, and learning tons about parenting every day!
