About Macy Campbell

Passionate about people, driven by impact. After several years as an educator designing engaging learning experiences and guiding student success, I transitioned into Customer Success to continue doing what I love most—supporting others in achieving their goals. Currently, I serve as an Associate Customer Success Manager at Stukent, where I partner with instructors to ensure a seamless experience using our cutting-edge digital learning tools. From onboarding and integration to ongoing support and training, I work to make our educators’ lives easier and their classrooms more effective. With a foundation in teaching and curriculum development, I bring a unique, empathetic perspective to customer relationships. I understand the challenges educators face and strive to be a trusted, responsive resource who adds value at every stage. Whether it’s through personalized guidance, proactive communication, or simply being someone they can count on—I’m here to help our educators succeed.
