About Maddie Tryforos

I let people in my world know they are appreciated for who they are and what they do. This deep-rooted gratitude gets me through just about anything and naturally lightens the mood when I walk into a room. CliftonStrengths calls this POSITIVITY. Words are my currency for building bridges and strengthening relationships. CliftonStrengths calls this COMMUNICATION. I have a fine-tuned sense of whether someone is genuine, which helps me form a tight inner circle. Once inside the inner circle, many people come to me as a confidant because they value my trust and advice. I have high-depth relationships. CliftonStrengths calls this RELATOR. When others get frustrated with a problem, I get energized. I am unusually comfortable in chaos and conflict if I have the opportunity to be part of the solution. CliftonStrengths calls this RESTORATIVE. By naturally sensing what is not being said and giving it expression, I can translate people's feelings into words, often representing the unspoken emotions of others. I call this "speaking light into dark places." CliftonStrengths calls this EMPATHY. I feel energized when crossing off to-dos. CliftonStrengths calls this ACHIEVER. I am convinced that things happen for a reason. CliftonStrengths calls this CONNECTEDNESS. I love to teach, mentor, and help people realize their potential. CliftonStrengths calls this DEVELOPER. I can ramp up quickly on a topic or a project. CliftonStrengths calls this LEARNER. I bring chaos to order. CliftonStrengths calls this DISCIPLINE. mt@maddietryforosconsulting.com
