About Maddie W. Foster

In 6th grade when everyone introduced themselves, we were asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?” While most kids said “police officer”, “doctor”, or “veterinarian”, I proudly said “CFO of Disney”. I wanted to support the creation of significant experiences providing others with the environment to dream beyond perceived limitations and build their happiest place on Earth.Today, I am not CFO of Disney. Instead, I use my strengths to… • Initiate student service delivery models that provide students with the most efficient and targeted career resources • Facilitate community-centered professional development programs promoting knowledge and wellness• Develop employees through a working environment where failure is allowed as long as growth is present• Engage in continual learning through completing supervisor certificate programs and anti-bias trainings• Utilize data to evaluate services and programs ensuring outstanding student experiences• Integrate and troubleshoot various technologies improving user experiences for both students and colleaguesCliftonStrengths: Individualization, Harmony, Intellection, Input, LearnerMBTI: INFJ; Enneagram: 9Inspiration: Psychology of Work (Blustein), Happenstance Learning Theory (Krumboltz), Cognitive Information Processing (Sampson, Peterson, Reardon, & Lenz)When connecting with me, please add a note letting me know how I can make our connection fruitful for both of us!
