About Maddy Clack

I’m a people-focused recruiter who genuinely loves helping teams grow and candidates find roles where they can thrive. In January this year, I stepped into a Senior Recruiter role at Publica Group where I still manage recruitment process while also supporting and collaborating with the wider team. For the past 4.5 years, I’ve worked at Publica Group helping teams find the right people at the right time. From first conversation to final offer, I care about making the process smooth, supportive, and genuinely positive for everyone involved. Before Publica, I worked in health and social care, which taught me how important empathy, patience, and clear communication are in recruitment — lessons I still carry with me every day.I’m big on building real relationships, keeping things honest and human, and making recruitment feel less stressful (and maybe even a little enjoyable!)If you’re thinking about joining one of our teams or just want a chat about opportunities, I’m always happy to connect.
