About Madelyn Richards

I have a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and can independently follow laboratory procedures, compile reports, interpret data, and maintain quality control of the laboratory. In my current role as lead chiropractic assistant, I perform all office managerial duties including leading team meetings, creating protocols and data trackers, training and supervising new team members, and solving patient concerns. My people-centric focus and compaction have afforded me excellent interpersonal skills which I used when supervising team members as well as in speaking with patients. As a livestock embryologist, I collaborated with coworkers to construct parameters for research trials. I found new ways to improve efficiency in daily tasks when working in a high volume environmental laboratory. My time at LifeLink taught me how to properly handle human tissue, minimizing risk of possible disease transmission as well as prevent contamination of the sample.
