With over 14 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, I specialize in solar project management, hybrid system design, and business development across Western Africa and Asia. Having successfully delivered over 5MWp of cumulative solar capacity, I have built and led teams, driven large-scale projects, and developed sustainable energy solutions that power businesses, communities, and healthcare facilities. Key Expertise: Solar PV & Hybrid Systems – Designing and implementing grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid systems integrating lithium batteries, diesel generators, and auto start/stop functionalities. Project Management – Led multi-million-dollar projects, including solar installations at 18 hospitals & 25 health centers in Sierra Leone (4MWp capacity). Business Development & Tendering – Secured large-scale projects with UNICEF, WFP, UNDP, and other major stakeholders through successful proposal writing and tender management. Technical & Operational Leadership – Built the Power Solutions division at Easy Solar from the ground up, achieving a $1M annual turnover for three consecutive years. Procurement & Vendor Relations – Managed supplier relationships, procurement, and logistics for major solar infrastructure projects. Stakeholder Engagement – Effectively liaised with government agencies, donors, and private sector partners to drive project success.
