Background

About Maggie Jarrett

I am a passionate agricultural professional currently serving as the Sustainability & Export Manager at See Saw Wines, my family business. In this role, I'm focused on expanding our international presence while ensuring See Saw operates as a responsible company committed to continuous improvement. As a 2025 Nuffield Scholar, my research focuses on streamlining data collection for ESG reporting, particularly for SME agricultural businesses. I'm working to identify solutions that benefit primary producers, the environment, and surrounding communities. With experience in project management and strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and reporting, I adapt readily to the evolving environmental and agricultural landscape. My commitment to continuous learning has helped develop excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. I'm particularly passionate about ESG within agriculture, making the agricultural industry an employer of choice for the next generation, and collaborating with agricultural sectors to tackle climate change. I aim to create meaningful change in environmental management and its relationship to agriculture in Australia, contributing to future recovery and sustainable prosperity.
