With a strong interdisciplinary background in analytical chemistry, biophysics, and materials science, I bring hands-on experience in proteomics sample preparation, enzymatic digestion, and high-throughput LC-MS/MS analysis, as well as formulation chemistry for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. I have conducted stability and characterization studies using techniques such as UV-Vis, fluorescence, circular dichroism, and dynamic light scattering, along with thermal and particle analysis, supporting vaccine and protein formulation development. My technical skill set includes method development and validation using GC, LC-MS/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, UV-Vis, and FTIR, and I am experienced in radiochemistry and handling uranium-containing materials under inert conditions using gloveboxes and Schlenk lines. I’ve conducted elemental and structural analysis using XRD, SEM, TEM, AFM, and performed EPR and NMR spectroscopy to investigate magnetic and molecular properties of materials. I hold current radiation safety certification and have operated under strict GMP/GLP protocols, supporting CMC documentation and regulatory submissions. I am proficient in scientific software such as ChemDraw, MestReNova, MassHunter, Compound Discoverer, and Gaussian, and have successfully collaborated across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact research.
