As Head of the Project Office at CPI, I know how vital cooperation is for exchange of knowledge, improving quality of vocational education and training (VET), and developing new content. But it’s tough. 🩹How I help I rally teams to turn ideas into reality. With an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach, I: • Adapt my management style to each unique context; • Stay resilient when challenges emerge, finding creative solutions; • Motivate teams by encouraging curiosity and passion; • Distill complexity into simple plans for diverse groups; • Promote results through compelling writing and speaking; I’ve participated in numerous international projects, including developing VET training materials by coordinating 25+ institutions across different European countries.
