With over 23 years of leadership experience across energy, aviation, logistics, and giga-project environments, I operate at the corporate governance level of safety and enterprise risk management.Currently serving within NEOM Corporate Safety, I contribute to enterprise-wide safety governance across all NEOM sectors, overseeing corporate KPI development, cross-sector assurance audits, and executive safety reporting. My role extends beyond operational oversight into institutional safety performance alignment, ensuring that risk visibility, accountability, and critical control assurance are embedded at the highest organizational levels.I lead technical HSE evaluations within major tender processes, assessing contractor governance maturity, capability alignment, and risk management frameworks prior to project award. Additionally, I prepare and present executive-level safety performance insights to senior leadership, including CEO and DCEO, supporting strategic decision-making across complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure portfolios.Throughout my career with Saudi Aramco, FedEx, DSV Joint Ventures, and NEOM, I have driven safety transformation initiatives across high-risk operational environments, integrating ISO 45001 systems, critical risk assurance methodologies, and performance governance models within both operational and executive settings.As an IRCA-certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, PMP-certified professional, and Executive MBA holder, my focus centers on enterprise risk governance, strategic safety leadership, and institutional safety maturity, positioning safety as a core business enabler rather than a compliance function.While many professionals build their trajectory through technical certifications focused on site-level supervision, my professional path has centered on corporate-level safety governance, executive assurance, and enterprise risk alignment within complex and nationally significant programs.
