I am an Operations Officer at Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), a German foundation that promotes democracy, social justice, and peace in Palestine and around the world. I have a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Development and a certification in Human Resources from SHRM.For over six years, I have been managing complex and diverse operational functions, including logistics, procurement, HR, IT, and security, in a challenging and dynamic environment. I am skilled at driving efficiency, delivering strategic solutions, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational strategies. I am passionate about inspiring and empowering others, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. My mission is to leverage my operational expertise and humanitarian values to make a positive difference in the lives of people and communities.
