Currently holds the position of National Director, Profiles International in the Philippines, an HR Assessment and Consulting company specializing in employee testing and assessment, OD, Assessment Center services and HR Consultancy Also hold the position of Director and COO of People Dynamics, Inc.(PDI), a company offering HR Consultancy, training, executive coaching and mentoring services. PDI makes extensive use of the assessment instruments of Profiles International. Malcolm is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and former member of the British Computer Society, the Operational Research Society and Fellow of the British Institute of Management.
