In a time when we are bombarded with information overload, my skills in copywriting, combined with a good eye for instructional, graphic and video design allow me to create impactful and memorable content. My strategic and solution-focused mindset allows me to work with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to identify root causes, and design and deliver high-impact solutions to address them. My passion for maximizing social learning opportunities allowed me to build an empowered change agent community (section delivery coordinators) that actively supports the implementation of learning and development programs and initiatives. My 7 years of facilitation experience in delivering both face-to-face and virtual programs allows me to create engaging experiences for diverse audiences. I enjoy collaborating across diverse teams and geographies, zooming out to see the big picture, and challenging the status quo to enable better ways of working together. My purpose: help others develop and have a positive impact. My personal motto: where there is a will, there is always a way.
