About Maloy Biswas

I have suitable academic qualifications and experience. I have a master’s degree in accounting from the National University; an MBA with a major in Finance and Banking from Southeast University; a Diploma in Financial Management from the International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany; and I have completed a CA course from a reputed audit firm “ACNABIN. I have successfully completed several professional training courses from different national and international institutes. I have more than 20 years working experience in Finance & accounting, Grants and contract management, and internal audit management in different projects funded by ADB, World Bank, DANIDA, DFID, European Commission, USAID and Government of Bangladesh during the tenure of my service. I believe that with the blend of accounts and finance management skills I can prove myself as the right person for the captioned post. I have more experience regarding pre-award or capacity assessment surveys of NGOs for awarding funds for development activities under various donors. During the tenure of my services, I have designed various tools, techniques, systems and policies and procedures for enduring adequate financial and administrative systems at the implementation levels. I have skills on MS-Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and working experience with four accounting packages named NIKASH, KARBAR, Troyee and Tally ERP 9.
