Years of experience in Banking, Finance (change/run activities), Risk (Market/Credit) and Operation; • Experience in designing roadmap for Finance & Risk domain covering external & internal reporting, process standardization, architecture streamlining, data management and one agile way of working; • Good at people management (particularly senior stakeholders at COO & CFO level); • Experience of driving Finance and Risk integration bank-wide programs at multiple banks; • Designed roadmap for redevelopment and implementation of new internal credit risk models within ING (covering Wholesale Bank, Retail and SME); • Worked for a decade within Deutsche Bank network in different roles on many strategic bank-wide initiatives; • For my last role at Deutsche Bank (London), worked as Vice President in Data & Business Architecture team as change execution manager.
