About Manav Kashyap

Analytical and people-focused professional currently working at Greystar in Coppermaker Square, with experience spanning customer service, B2B sales and data analysis. I bring an MSc in Economics and hands‑on exposure to real estate operations, where I work closely with residents, leasing and onsite teams to support occupancy, renewals, ancillary income and overall asset performance.Over time, I’ve realised my strongest interest lies on the investment side of the business: understanding how markets, valuations and portfolio decisions sit behind the buildings and residents I work with every day. I enjoy working with data—building reports, analysing performance trends and turning operational detail into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders.I am now actively exploring opportunities in investment, asset management and graduate programmes across real estate and wider financial markets, where I can combine my economics training, modelling skills and frontline experience to help teams make better decisions. Open to connecting with professionals in real estate investment, wealth/asset management, and graduate talent programmes, and always happy to discuss ideas, opportunities or advice.
