I am a seasoned management consultant with 20+ years of consulting and industry experience in strategy, procurement, supply chain, operations, and large scale digital transformation in finance and procurement. I have supported over 30 transformation programmes globally including numerous procurement transformation initiatives, finance and procurement automation projects, and delivering strategic sourcing and outsourcing solutions for blue-chip clients in South Africa, Australia and South-East Asia. Passionate about solving procurement problems and assisting organisations with creating sustainable procurement value, I have worked with clients across all industry types, such as telecoms, financial services, mining, retail, property, education, public sector, and hospitality. Within the digital procurement realm, I have programme and change managed implementations and post-implementation enhancements on platforms such as Coupa, Zycus, MarketDojo and SAP Ariba. I also have considerable experience in Shared Services and BPO strategy, design, implementation, transition, and have assisted clients with the outsourcing of Contact Centre, Procurement, HR, and Finance & Accounting functions. In addition to my client capabilities, I am a regular speaker and contributor to SmartProcurementWorld on topics such as digital procurement, spend analytics, and use of machine learning in procurement.
