About Manda Ershad

An analytical and environmental chemist with more than 6 years of experience in academic research, industrial manufacturing, polymer sciences, environmental and water sciences. Environmental chemist with more than 7 years of experience in academic research, corporate chemical manufacturing, and Victorian public sector. Through the years and across a variety of roles, I have gained proficiency in complex stakeholder management, project planning, coordination, and delivery, as well as providing water and pollution monitoring and scientific advice. Throughout my career, specifically my current role in Victorian Government, I have specialized in analysis of data and information to identify trends to inform EPA’s regulatory response and engage with community and stakeholders to communicate complex technical information through presentations, as well as written and verbal communication.
