CAREER OBJECTIVES: Make economically significant contributions to the growth and development of industries through modelling, simulation, formulation and implementation of effective and efficient metallurgical, chemical, industrial and manufacturing engineering principles to unit processes as well as continual research. SUMMARY: I am a Chemical Engineer with more than 10 years industrial experience, currently employed with experience in a Steel company, Fertiliser company as well as a cement manufacturing company. I am very conversant with environmental, safety and health standards having been trained as an internal auditor for an integrated management system which included ISO ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001. Having 150 subordinates has enhanced my leadership qualities team building skills and has taught me a lot about handling big responsibility. Experience has been acquired in chemical process control, project management, root cause analysis, quality conformance monitoring, writing of repair guidelines and procedures, optimisation, diagnostic plant investigations, mass and heat balances and plant equipment design. At thirty-six, I pride myself in attending to all duties and tasks assigned to me in a professional and diligent manner. I believe in honesty, integrity and decency. I mix well with colleagues including superiors and can easily adapt to new environments. I am fluent in English and Shona, both spoken and written as well as Ndebele intermediately spoken only.
