About Manisha Deena

a SaaS Implementation Consultant with over 6 years of experience helping global clients turn complex requirements into simple scalable solutions. I’ve worked across the US Canada and EMEA leading 20+ projects in Professional Services Sales Enablement and Payroll systems. Whether it’s configuring platforms migrating content training users or solving last-minute issues — I genuinely enjoy being that dependable partner who gets things done and builds trust along the way. I started my career in payroll and grew into consulting roles where I could bring people process and product together. I’ve been lucky to work on fast-paced projects at Highspot Rippling Randstad and ADP and along the way I’ve received shoutouts from project leads and learned that every challenge is an opportunity to grow. I might not have “Customer Success” in my title but I absolutely believe in what it stands for — and I live it. I learn fast listen deeply and never back down from solving real problems. There’s nothing I can’t pick up when given the chance and I bring that energy to every team I join.
