As an Associate District Manager at ADP, one of the world's largest providers of human resources solutions, I am responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. I use my creativity and motivation to create original and engaging digital content for various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, reaching millions of potential customers and partners. I have a strong background in international marketing, having completed my Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Caldwell University in 2021. During my studies, I gained extensive knowledge of multiple marketing software programs, such as HubSpot, MailChimp, and Hootsuite, as well as market research tools, such as SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. I also demonstrated my attention to detail and communication skills by conducting a comprehensive market analysis of the European real estate industry, presenting my findings and recommendations to a panel of experts and peers. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to help ADP achieve its vision of making the world a better place to work.
