About Manuel Gerber

As Director of Treasury Operations at the Adecco Group, a global leader in human resource solutions, I play a pivotal role in overseeing the front office activities of the global treasury function. I have more than 10 years of experience in various industries such as HR solutions, building materials and machinery manufacturing. My strong areas are financial risk management with a focus on foreign exchange and interest rate risk, debt capital markets as well as intercompany financing including cash and liquidity management. Operating from a Group Treasury perspective I also manage the Asia-Pacific region and maintain regular contact with the group’s global relationship banks. I hold the Diploma in Treasury Management (AMCT) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) as well as a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. Driven by a passion for treasury excellence, I am dedicated to creating value for the business and its stakeholders. Since 2023 I take part in the mentoring program of the ACT as a mentor for treasury professionals.
