I am known as an open, social, and honest person. My understanding of people, perseverance, analytical and creative abilities make me strong in motivating and managing employees, achieving departmental results, finding solutions to complex issues, and understanding the needs of the organization and the customer. My adaptability allows me to respond well to changing situations, quickly grasp new processes, and think broadly across the chain. I feel most comfortable in a changing environment and enjoy pioneering. My broad management skills and my knowledge of operations as a field will be beneficial in this regard. On one hand, I have an affinity for contributing to policy, strategy, and how to implement them, and on the other hand, for implementing new processes and services. Operational Excellence and satisfied employees are my priorities. Additionally, I am also actively involved in staying up-to-date with the latest developments in automation and AI.
