One of his most memorable achievements was orchestrating a two-day country fair for people the largest barbecue he has ever managed—which was a resounding success. Marc’s diverse experience has also led him to work as a chef-consultant for prestigious venues such as The Brooklyn Academy of Music, Harvey Theater, Philadelphia Zoo, Alley Theater in Houston, and The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. His expertise in reviewing blueprints for planning new kitchens, cafeterias, event spaces, and meeting areas, along with developing menus and staffing guidelines, positions him as a valuable resource for opening new establishments.
