Marc's life purpose is to restore connection in fragmented and polarized contexts, by supporting societal groups, organizations and individuals in healing collective and individual trauma, creating conditions for sustained peace and for collectives to be a source of healing, growth and regeneration for humanity and our World. Marc's commitment is to live an ethical life in reverence with nature. Marc supports leaders in organizations, politics and business in consciously leading from the heart. He sees personal transformation as the heart of systemic transformation. Through personal transformation the peaceful and creative transition of organizations, communities and societies into new stages of development is possible. His current geographical areas of focus are the Balkans, Middle East, The Netherlands and Germany.
