With over 10 years of hands-on experience, my career includes roles as a Process Technician (5 years), Production Team Leader (3 years), and Production Operator (4 years). In my current role, I excel in support engineering, efficiently managing downtime communication, and serving as the process technician. I prioritize production issues, assist equipment installation, and engage in problem-solving activities. I also contribute to planning and delivering new products and processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives. I am dedicated to achieving goals with a strong work ethic and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. I am motivated to continuously develop my skills and pursue further education and career advancement opportunities.
