I’m the guy who analyses how the ice gets made so that the Eskimo’s get the best ice on the planet! I’m the one who sits and looks at the ice from every possible angle and who builds sustainable relationships with the Eskimo’s and every single stakeholder in the value chain to ensure that ice becomes the most profitable commodity in Alaska. The metaphor is intentional – my success is underpinned by building solid relationships and asking why and getting to the root of my customers challenges to help them grow and thrive by listening.
