With 30+ years of hands-on IT experience across multiple domains, I’ve consistently focused on bridging IT and business—unlocking real value through Business Intelligence and data-driven decision making. Throughout my career, I’ve worked as an employee, employer, entrepreneur, and freelancer, giving me a 360° view of both business and life. My thinking is shaped not only by professional expertise, but also by the perspective of a company stakeholder. Efficiency, economics, and legal implications are always part of my decision-making process. My key strengths include creativity, proactivity, business acumen, strong analytical thinking, and independence. I naturally apply a comprehensive analytical approach, considering complex problems from multiple angles and disciplines. I thrive in multinational and multicultural environments. As the founder, CEO, and CFO of an internationally successful software company, I gained deep insight into business operations, commerce, taxation, and law. I also bring extensive experience in Software Project Management, ITIL, and TOGAF. Looking ahead, I’m ready for my next career step as a Chief Data Officer (CDO). I want to leverage my extensive expertise in Data Management, Master Data, Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Integration, and Data Architecture—combined with clear vision, strong communication, and proven leadership—to help organizations fully realize the value of their data.
