Active in the Industry for a long period I have developed as an allround no-nonsense Manager and leader with an excellent understanding of stakeholders needs. Respectful and demanding towards staff, working as a team player getting the best out of individuals. The expat period on the smelter project in Nigeria for a period of 5 years boosted my personal development and career. After my working experience abroad, I continued this development working for one of the most successful companies in the Netherlands, HunterDouglas. After restructuring Nedal as a Financial Director the company was back on track reporting healthy profits for more than 22 years that followed. Being no longer part of the core business of HunterDouglas the company was sold in 2019.
