About Marcell Kardos

Passion is a fleeting thing. Its subject and its strength changes often. We deal with passions that have captivated and moved us out entire lives and are permanent. We weren’t taught in school, however, how to harness our passions to better ourselves and the world around us. I have been helping organizations make focused passion for goals a reality my entire career. I play poker to make better decisions. I also use my business and negotiation experiences to improve in poker. I observe and analyze, discuss, and travel to understand people and the environment and emotions. Blending skills of observation and passion for the better is my passion. In my own life, I’ve enjoyed meeting countless strangers, and even moved to new continents to learn the ins and outs of how professional charisma works, and the rules for developing trust across companies, cultures and geographies. Practicing 15 years and becoming a master in taekwondo also gave me an perspective about an honest and disciplined way of working and living, plus taught me that any development goal can find its own dojo/dojang. Deep behavioral change is never easy – as I learned when I moved to Asia for a period in my life or gave up cigarettes forever – but making it permanent is the real art.
